Every question about this site arrives through one email address in the footer: a game that refuses to open, a link that leads somewhere else, or a game you feel does not belong in the list. There are no long forms and no ticket system behind it.

Name the game and the browser you used. Those two facts are enough for us to reopen the same problem and see whether it happens on another device. If the issue involves an old phone, add the model as well, because heat and memory problems tend to be specific to one.

We answer within a few working days. We do not promise an instant reply, because every report is tested before it is answered; a report we cannot reproduce gets an honest answer rather than silence.

If you own a game and want it taken off, give the title and the link. We remove it within one working day, with no extra conditions and no request for a reason. That is your right, and we do not need to agree with it to honour it.
